Hola! I’m Bonnie Rue, creator of Naked & Eggs.
This little corner of my online world has transformed quite a bit over the years. What started as a blog that intended to detail the life of a single woman who lived alone, was depressed, hated getting dressed and considered anything with an egg on top to be a full meal - became a place where I chronicled the changes in my diet in early sobriety. With a few years of sobriety under my belt this space is shifting again.
Naked & Eggs will live on to house my creative endeavors and return to being a personal blog. Yes, I will still be talking about food from time to time as it is one of my favorite of creative outlets and I fully believe that eating healthy keeps me open and available to my creative voice. Mostly what you will find here moving forward is my artwork which is something I haven’t shared too much over the years. Which is to say that I am still learning about the strength of vulnerability, which I am grateful for every day.
